Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include:

Photographs of the external packaging;
A photograph of the shipping label;
Video evidence when reasonably requested.
Please retain the product and original packaging until our customer service team completes its review.
Return Requests
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Please provide:
Your full name;
Order number;
Product you wish to return;
Reason for the return;
Photographs when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Do not send a return until you have received written authorization and the correct return instructions from Iskitex.
Order Changes and Cancellations

Order cancellation.
We will make a reasonable effort to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

After processing, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days.
The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is generally 4–10 business days.
