Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, preference, or incorrect-size returns. For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, Iskitex will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved. Shipping
Iskitex currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. The estimated total delivery time is 4–10 business days. Orders under $120 are charged a $10 flat shipping fee, while orders of $120 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Tracking information will be provided by email when available.
