These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Iskitex website, online store, products, customer service, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “Iskitex,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Iskitex online store operated by Dongguan Yisiqi Clothing Co., Ltd.

“You” and “your” refer to any visitor or customer who accesses our website or purchases products from us.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

The U.S. service address supports customer communication and approved return assistance. It is not a retail store, showroom, warehouse, or customer pickup location.

Do not send a return to either address without first contacting us and receiving return authorization and instructions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, to place an order through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • You are purchasing products for lawful purposes;
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

5. SIZE AND FIT

Sizing and fit may vary depending on the product, design, fabric, and individual body measurements.

Size charts and fit descriptions are provided as guidance. Unless otherwise stated, measurements may be taken manually and small measurement differences may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size information before purchasing.

A product ordered in an unsuitable size may be returned only when it meets the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

6. PRICES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING CHARGES

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

The total amount shown during checkout may include:

  • Applicable discounts;
  • Shipping charges;
  • Applicable sales tax.

We do not add undisclosed charges after an order is submitted.

For eligible United States orders, standard shipping charges are:

The free-shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfillment and provide the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

7. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on location, device, order value, and payment-provider availability.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • The payment information is accurate;
  • You are authorized to use the payment method;
  • The payment provider is authorized to process the order amount.

Payments may be subject to authorization, verification, fraud-prevention checks, and the payment provider’s own terms and policies.

We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

8. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This email confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

We may review an order for:

  • Payment authorization;
  • Product availability;
  • Delivery-address accuracy;
  • Fraud or security concerns;
  • Pricing or technical errors;
  • Compliance with these Terms.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, an invalid delivery address, an obvious pricing error, unauthorized resale, or policy abuse.

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We will not refuse or cancel an order for an unlawful or discriminatory reason.

9. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

We will try to assist when possible, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. After delivery, the order must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Iskitex currently sells and ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

After processing, standard transit generally takes 3–7 business days.

The estimated total order-to-delivery time is generally 4–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, carrier congestion, transportation disruptions, address problems, security reviews, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment or suite number.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.

11. LOST, DELAYED, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

If an order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We may ask you to:

  • Confirm the delivery address;
  • Check with household members or neighbors;
  • Check with reception or building management;
  • Contact the carrier;
  • Allow reasonable time for a carrier investigation.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost. We will review the available tracking information and circumstances before determining an appropriate resolution.

Where a package is confirmed lost during transit, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances.

12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs of the product;
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant.

We may request additional reasonable information necessary to verify the issue.

After review, an appropriate resolution may include:

  • A replacement;
  • A full refund;
  • A partial refund;
  • A prepaid return label;
  • Another reasonable solution agreed with the customer.

13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Returned products generally must be:

  • Unused;
  • Unworn;
  • Unwashed;
  • Unaltered;
  • In their original condition;
  • Accompanied by the original tags and packaging;
  • Authorized before being shipped back.

For non-defective returns, including change-of-mind returns or incorrect size selections, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products caused by Iskitex, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

Iskitex does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return that complies with our policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for non-defective returns unless required by applicable law.

Iskitex does not currently process direct exchanges. Customers requiring another product, color, or size should complete an eligible return and place a separate new order.

14. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, expiration dates, and usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order;
  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed;
  • Discounts have no cash value;
  • Discounts may not apply to taxes or shipping;
  • Promotions cannot be combined.

Any material conditions will be displayed with the applicable promotion.

15. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND COMMUNICATIONS

Customers who create an account are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for activity conducted through their account.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to the order, including payment, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, security, and customer-service messages.

Marketing messages will be sent only in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences. Promotional emails may be unsubscribed from using the link included in the message.

16. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You created the content or have permission to submit it;
  • It does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • It is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or misleading;
  • It does not contain malware or unauthorized advertising.

You grant Iskitex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display submitted content for store operation, product presentation, customer communication, and lawful marketing purposes.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use third-party providers for services such as:

  • Shipping and fulfillment;

  • Fraud prevention;

Our online store is hosted through Shopify.

Third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Iskitex remains responsible for its own products, customer service, order fulfillment, and store policies.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, security, or privacy practices.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Iskitex website and its content, including brand names, logos, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, icons, and website design, are owned by or licensed to Iskitex and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

19. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

We may temporarily suspend or modify website access for maintenance, security, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a website error materially affects a confirmed order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

20. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Iskitex is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other matters that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

21. FRAUD AND POLICY ABUSE

We may delay, limit, cancel, or investigate an order when there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Unauthorized payment;
  • Fraudulent ordering activity;
  • False delivery or product claims;
  • Return substitution;
  • Altered merchandise;
  • Promotion abuse;
  • Intentionally false chargebacks;
  • Threats to customers, staff, or service providers.

Any action will be based on the available information and applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the concern.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to contact their payment provider or exercise other consumer rights.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation interruption, carrier disruption, government action, labor disruption, power failure, internet outage, or supply-chain interruption.

We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of such events and communicate material delays.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable consumer-protection requirement, the applicable mandatory legal requirement will control.

24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Customers are encouraged to contact us before beginning formal proceedings so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

  • Order number;
  • Contact information;
  • A description of the issue;
  • The resolution requested;
  • Relevant supporting information.

We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and respond.

This informal process does not prevent either party from exercising any rights available under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without excluding mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be handled by a court or other authority with lawful jurisdiction.

25. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it.
