This Return & Refund Policy explains our return eligibility requirements, return window, return method, return shipping responsibilities, refund processing time, and the conditions that apply to purchases made through the official Iskitex website.
This policy applies to orders purchased from Iskitex and delivered within the United States.
1. RETURN POLICY SUMMARY
Iskitex accepts eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery;
- Returns are accepted by mail only;
- Returned products must be in new and original condition;
- Direct exchanges are not available;
- No restocking fee applies;
- Customers are responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns;
- Iskitex covers approved return shipping for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products;
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
2. RETURN WINDOW
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.
The 30-day return period begins on the date the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.
We do not currently offer a seasonal or holiday return-window extension unless a different return period is clearly disclosed on our website before purchase.
3. PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery;
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- Be in new and original condition;
- Include its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories;
- Be free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, deodorant marks, damage, or signs of wear;
- Include valid proof of purchase;
- Receive written return authorization from Iskitex before shipment.
Customers may carefully open the package and try on clothing for size and fit. However, the product must remain clean, unworn beyond a reasonable fitting, unwashed, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
Products that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and may not qualify for a refund.
4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered:
- Final-sale or clearance products clearly marked as non-returnable before purchase;
- Gift cards;
- Personalized or customized products;
- Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, stained, or damaged;
- Products missing their original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or parts;
- Undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive products after the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened;
- Products returned without prior written authorization;
- Products returned after the 30-day return window.
Any product-specific return restriction will be clearly disclosed on the applicable product page before purchase.
5. RETURN METHOD
Iskitex accepts returns by mail only.
We do not currently offer:
- In-store returns;
- Customer drop-off returns;
- Returns at third-party drop-off locations;
- In-person exchanges or returns.
Customers must contact Iskitex and receive written return authorization before mailing a product.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected and may not qualify for a refund.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please provide:
- Your full name;
- Order number;
- Email address used to place the order;
- Product name;
- Size and color, when applicable;
- Reason for the return;
- Clear photographs or video if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Our customer service team will review the request and provide return instructions when the return is approved.
Do not mail a product until you have received:
- Written return authorization;
- The correct return address;
- Any applicable return-label instructions.
7. RETURN ADDRESS
Approved returns must be sent only to the return address provided in the return authorization email.
Our publicly listed U.S. service address supports customer communication and approved return assistance. It should not be used as a return destination unless our customer service team specifically confirms it in writing.

The U.S. service address is not a retail store or customer drop-off location.
Our China manufacturing facility does not accept customer returns and does not provide customer service, customer pickup, or direct customer order fulfillment.
Customers must not send returns to the China manufacturing address.
8. RETURN LABEL AND SHIPPING COSTS
Non-Defective Returns
For returns caused by:
- Change of mind;
- Personal preference;
- Incorrect size selection;
- Incorrect color selection;
- A product no longer being wanted;
- Other reasons not caused by an Iskitex error,
the customer is responsible for:
- Obtaining the return shipping label;
- Paying the return shipping cost;
- Securely packaging the product;
- Mailing the product using the approved return instructions.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products
If a product arrives:
- Damaged;
- Defective;
- Incorrect;
- Incomplete;
- Materially different from its description,
and the issue is verified as an Iskitex error, Iskitex will provide a prepaid return shipping label or cover the reasonable approved return shipping cost.
Customers must contact us before mailing the product and provide the requested supporting information.
Return shipping expenses that were not approved in advance may not be reimbursed.
9. RESTOCKING FEE
Iskitex does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns that comply with this policy.
Customers may still be responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not caused by a product defect, shipping damage, incorrect fulfillment, or another Iskitex error.
10. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned products.
For customer-paid returns, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service;
- Retaining the shipping receipt;
- Keeping the tracking number until the refund is completed;
- Using suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Iskitex is not responsible for:
- Unauthorized returns;
- Products sent to an incorrect address;
- Returned packages lost in transit;
- Damage caused by inadequate return packaging;
- Return shipments without valid tracking.
11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the external shipping package;
- A photograph of the shipping label;
- Video evidence when reasonably requested.
Please retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement, subject to availability;
- A full refund;
- A partial refund when appropriate;
- A prepaid return shipping label;
- Another reasonable resolution agreed upon with the customer.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, incorrect washing, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorized alterations are not considered manufacturing defects.
12. RETURN INSPECTION
After an authorized return is delivered, we will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.
The inspection is generally completed within 3–5 business days after the returned package is received.
We will notify the customer by email when the return is:
- Approved;
- Rejected;
- Eligible for only a partial refund;
- Pending additional information.
A returned package being delivered to our return facility does not automatically guarantee approval.
13. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
We will process an approved refund within 10 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
After Iskitex issues the refund, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to the customer’s account. This additional posting period is controlled by the payment provider.
We do not issue refunds to:
- A different credit or debit card;
- A different bank account;
- A different digital wallet;
- Another customer or third party.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns unless required by applicable law.
14. PARTIAL REFUNDS OR REJECTED RETURNS
A return may be rejected or qualify only for a partial refund when:
- The product shows signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, staining, or damage;
- The original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or parts are missing;
- The product is returned after the 30-day return window;
- The product is returned without prior authorization;
- The returned product is different from the product originally shipped;
- The condition of the product has materially reduced its value;
- The product was damaged because of inadequate return packaging.
We will contact the customer before applying a partial refund or rejecting an inspected return.
15. EXCHANGES
Iskitex does not currently offer direct exchanges.
To obtain another size, color, or product, customers should:
- Request a return for the eligible original product;
- Follow the authorized return procedure;
- Place a new order separately.
Product availability, price, promotions, and shipping conditions are not guaranteed while a return is being processed.
16. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request an order cancellation before the order enters processing or shipment.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible:

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot normally be canceled and must be handled under the return procedure described in this policy after delivery.
Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method.
17. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking information indicates that a package may be lost in transit, contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we may ask the customer to:
- Confirm the delivery address;
- Check all entrances and secure delivery areas;
- Ask household members or neighbors;
- Contact reception, building management, or the mailroom;
- Contact the shipping carrier;
- Allow time for the carrier to complete an investigation.
A package marked as delivered is not automatically considered lost.
Refunds or replacements for lost or undelivered packages are determined after reviewing the carrier’s records and the delivery circumstances.
18. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages refused by the recipient or returned because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address;
- Failure to collect the package;
- Repeated failed delivery attempts;
- Customer refusal;
- Other customer-caused delivery problems,
may be treated as non-defective returns.
Where permitted by law, return shipping costs or carrier charges resulting from these circumstances may be deducted from the refund.
19. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact Iskitex before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We will make a reasonable effort to review and resolve concerns involving:
- Orders;
- Payments;
- Delivery;
- Product condition;
- Returns;
- Refunds.
This section does not limit any rights available under applicable law or through the customer’s payment provider.
20. RETURN POLICY ABUSE
Iskitex reserves the right to reject returns involving reasonable evidence of:
- Fraud;
- Product substitution;
- Altered products;
- Falsified photographs or evidence;
- Repeated false claims;
- Excessive unauthorized return activity;
- Promotion abuse;
- Other misuse of this policy.
Any decision will be based on available order, shipping, product, and return information and will be made in accordance with applicable law.
