Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, preference, or incorrect-size returns. For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, Iskitex will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label. No restocking fee applies. Iskitex currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.
